Those who’ve played Bayonetta, especially the original game, know that when the Umbra Witch uses her abilities, she tends to show quite a bit of skin. Following the announcement of Bayonetta 3’s release date, Platinum Games has confirmed via its Twitter account that the title will include a toggle called “Naive Angel Mode.”
When Naive Angel Mode is enabled, attacks won’t show any skin so that you can play Bayo 3 in front of your family and friends. But once it’s disabled, Bayonetta’s attacks are a bit more revealing, just as they were in the original game. How you disable or enable this toggle wasn’t shown, but I’m sure we’ll want to know how fast this works. I especially want to know so I don’t get popped in the head by my wifey when I’m playing.
For those wondering if Bayonetta 3 would be toned down, fear not anymore. Sure, it toned down by default, but with the toggle being available, you can at least decide if you want a bit more lewdness in your sessions. And being told by a company *coughPlayStationcough* on what you can see or not.
Bayonetta 3 releases exclusively on the Nintendo Switch on October 28th, 2022.
