During their World of Warcraft: Dragonflight expansion reveal, Blizzard Entertainment announced that Wrath of the Lich King Classic is headed to classic servers later this year. When that “later” is remains to be seen.
Players can expect a slightly modified experience as they head back into Northrend. Some of the changes are as follows:
- Removal of Dungeon Finder – You cannot queue for random groups. You must pre-assemble and make your way to the instance entrance.
- Barber Shop – During the original expansion, altering the look of your character was a paid feature. Barber shops were later implemented into the game to negate that but they will be added in Wrath Classic
- Level 70 Boost – You can purchase the boost to hop right into Northrend.
- Personal Arena Rating – No more arena teams in Wrath Classic
