The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild Sequel Delayed to Spring 2023

Looks like Nintendo has decided to delay The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild Sequel until 2023.  I know a lot of people were looking forward to this game being released in 2023. Yet, with the drought of updates from Nintendo, it seemed that it would be eventually delayed. To which, Nintendo has done today.

As for the delay, Nintendo simply wants to devote more time to make sure the game is going to be the best it can be. Which, is going to be no small feat as The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild is an amazing game. Nintendo is under great pressure to ensure that the follow-up will be just as good or better.

Nintendo has released this small video update explaining why they’ve delayed the game.

That said, I’m looking forward to The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild Sequel, whenever it gets released.
