Saber Interactive and 34BigThings have released a new gameplay trailer for the upcoming futuristic racing game, Redout II.
The original Redout was one of my favorite games, but it was limited in several ways. Now, in the follow-up, those concerns have been addressed and more. The vehicles can now be customized to your liking, tracks can be raced in reverse (up to 72 tracks in total), and they have a bigger variety than last time. Visually, this looks leaps and bounds more impressive than the original game as well. The only thing that we still don’t know is if Redout II will support VR headsets. Here’s to also hoping that the controls are more responsive this time around.
Redout II is slated to be released in 2022, for the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, and PC (Steam/Epic Games Store).
