There’s a bit of a mixed reaction to what’s going on with the Kingdom Hearts Cloud Version that is coming to the Nintendo Switch in a few days. Mainly…it’s the Cloud Version of the game and not native copies for the Nintendo Switch. Switch fans have been BEGGING for Kingdom Hearts III and other titles to come to Switch for years now, and with the arrival of Sora in Super Smash Bros Ultimate, fans thought we might get it.
And we did…but in Cloud Versions. Versions which will vary wildly in performance depending on your system and your internet connection. But now, there’s a new problem that was found out. If you go to the FAQ page for the Kingdom Hearts Cloud Version title, you’ll see this:
Yeah, apparently, these will only be available in the US and Canada, which means that not even Japan is getting access to these just yet. Is that a good thing or a bad thing? You might have to judge, but this is going to leave a LOT of fans out of the loop. The Cloud Versions of Kingdom Hearts will arrive on Switch on February 10, 2022.
