Neople and Nexon have released a new trailer confirming which platforms DNF Duel will platforms that game will be available on the PS4 and PS5. The DNF Duel character Hitman has also been featured in this trailer. Check it out below.
In addition to the announced platformers, there will be a DNF Duel open beta starting this weekend. The open beta will be available from December 17 to December 20, for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5. The beta times are listed below:
PST : DEC 17, 18:00 ~ DEC 20, 06:00
EST : DEC 17, 21:00 ~ DEC 20, 09:00
UTC : DEC 18, 02:00 ~ DEC 20, 14:00
KST / JST : DEC 18, 11:00 ~ DEC 20, 23:00
We still don’t know much about the the movesets, mechanics or anything, but we’ll find out how these characters play this weekend. As for if the game will support rollback netcode, I suppose we’ll also find out this weekend.
Ironically, this open beta will take place on the same weekend as the King of Fighters XV 2nd Open Beta Test. Meaning that fighting game fans will have their hands full checking out both betas. As for DNF Duel, I’m looking forward to seeing how the popular 2D side-scrolling has made the jump to the fighting game arena. With Arc System Works at the helm, there’s little doubt it’s going to be something special.
