At first, many were curious when the Monster Hunter franchise was said to be releasing two very different games this year on Nintendo Switch. But then, after the success of Monster Hunter Rise, it’s looking more like a brilliant move by Capcom than anything else. Rise has shipped out over 7 million units and got universal praise from critics and fans. And now Monster Hunter Stories 2 Wings Of Ruin is looking to continue that this July.
The story features the Riders of the world trying to prevent the end of it with the rebirth of Razewing Ratha. Trapped in the midst of this is a young version of Rathalos and as the story trailer (one of many released recently) below shows…things aren’t going as well as could be hoped.
