Farlight 84 is a third-person shooter set in a chaotic wasteland world, which will launch with the fierce and fast-paced HUNT mode, featuring unique PvP action. This is the first-ever third-person shooter release from Lilith Games, the award-winning mobile games studio based in Shanghai, responsible for globally successful RPG and strategy titles including AFK Arena, Rise of Kingdoms, and Warpath.
Set in 2084, Farlight 84 takes players to a chaotic wasteland world, where they’ll get to explore vibrant locations discover a roster of characters bursting with personality, commandeer vehicles with deadly offensive capabilities; pick up weapons equipped with incredible abilities; and maneuver around the battlefield with a one-of-a-kind Jetpack.
KEY FEATURES
- HUNT Mode: HUNT is Farlight 84’s flagship mode, featuring fierce and fast-paced PvP action with up to 48 players, where each team includes a marked target that can be hunted by rival players to score points. Once teams have enough points, they’ll have the opportunity to evacuate the map. Players can either go to the evacuation site as soon as it spawns or eliminate all the others to be the last one standing
- Vehicles: Farlight 84 features 7 vehicles in 3 classes: ATV/SUV, Walkers, and Hover vehicles. A lot of classic vehicle designs were incorporated into the game – such as heavily armed pony cars and sports cars. There are also hover vehicles that go above water, and walkers that can jump around buildings.
- Weapons: There are many different weapon types and abilities to discover in the game. These include handheld guns, rifles, and sci-fi-inspired weapons, alongside unique skills, such as energy shields and smoke screens. Players can combine different weapons and skills for maximum effect.
- Jetpacks: The game features 11 jetpacks to choose from, all with different visuals and characteristics.
- Characters: Farlight 84 includes stylistic, fully-developed, rich-in personality, playable characters for players to choose from. They also have various skins with different levels of rarity. Some of the characters include Maggie the Pizza Delivery Girl, Vincent the Garbageman, and Rob the Duckseid.
- Environments: Features impressive landmarks such as rocket base, motels, sanctuary tower, ranch, etc.
- Maps: HUNT map is compact with 1.2 km with dense points of interest.
The first Closed Beta Testing of Farlight 84 will launch on June 15 and will be immediately available in six regions: France, Russia, Australia, Brazil, India, and Indonesia.
