I doubt it would fit in with Nintendo’s family friendly image
For anyone who is interested in topics of censorship in gaming, you’ve likely heard of the Super Seducer series before regarding the failed steam release of the 3rd game in the series, Super Seducer 4. To catch everyone up on this series, Super Seducer is marketed as an “Educational” game that basically teaches you how to woo m’lady. Utilising FMV (full motion video) and dialogue tress, you effectively pick the “right” decision to strike up a conversation with a random woman with the end goal to get her to give you her number, go out with you or sleep with you.
The 3rd installment of the series was released February 15th 2021, but despite having the previous installments available on Steam, the 3rd entry was rejected by the platform. Developer RLR Training Inc has since attempted to get their library of games released on other types of platforms such as PlayStation and Nintendo, these attempts have proven to be fruitless however with Sony pretty much outright rejecting the proposal and it was revealed on Twitter by Richard La Ruina, Mr Super Seducer himself, that the proposed release of Super Seducer 1 and 2 will not be going ahead.
Super Seducer 1 & 2 won’t be coming to Switch
Games fully ported and had been through 1 QA round.
We did check initially and N said they'd publish if we got appropriate ratings.
I’m not so surprised and do not blame Nintendo – was probably due to Steam & controversy worries. pic.twitter.com/hyWa3KHnHu

Pretty much all of the retailers who have rejected the release of these titles has made the same statement, that the games contain explicit content that would not be acceptable on their platform. Normally this type of restriction would be reserved for games labelled as “Adult Only” or in Super Seducer’s case, special exceptions due to the game utilising real footage of real people rather than computer generated models.
It’s not hard to see this outcome coming from Nintendo due to their family friendly business model that they have been known for in the past. While the release of the Switch has seen a more lax approach to explicit content, it’s not surprising to see this response from them.
Unfortunately for RLR Training Inc, they have already paid some of the costs linked to porting the game over to the platform but the developer has voiced the idea of selling the ported versions as NFTs to recuperate those costs. If you would like to pick up the Super Seducer games either to learn how to become a pickup artist yourself, or you just want to see what the fuss is about. You can pick up Super Seducer 1 and 2 on both Steam and Gamesplanet but you can only pickup 3rd installment on Gamesplanet.
