Now you have no excuse not to play this game.
Back during July 2020, Square Enix had announced to the world that its award-winning RPG, Dragon Quest XI S – Definitive Edition, would be heading to both Xbox and Windows 10. Now the company has released a new 10-hour long demo for everyone to check out.
As the name suggests, this version of Dragon Quest XI will include all the upgrades released in the Dragon Quest XI S – Definitive Edition release. This upgraded version includes a once-Nintendo Switch exclusive 2D mode, new side stories for characters, Japanese audio, a new photo mode, and more.
It would seem that Square Enix has learned that putting out lengthy demos of their games actually does benefit them. Before Dragon Quest XI S’s demo, the company also released a fairly lengthy demo for Trials of Mana, which allowed games to play through both the prologue and the first chapter of the game and access to multiple playable characters.
This demo is now available for Xbox One and Windows 10 and the PlayStation 4 and Steam.
