One of the beautiful things about the Pokemon universe is that it’s so expansive and deep that you can make all kinds of media and games from it and that’s been proven for over 20 years. But what made 2020 so special was not just the new take on the classic Pokemon anime via Pokemon Journeys (Part 1 Review here, Part 2 Review here!), but also, the arrival of Pokemon Twilight Wings.
Pokemon Twilight Wings delved into the Galar region that we were introduced to in Pokemon Sword and Shield and went to great lengths to showcase characters that we honestly didn’t get to spend much time with before. Bea, Hop, Olenna, and more were showcased and fans were thrilled with how quality and beautiful these stories were, and now, a new episode is coming out!

The reason this is important is that Twilight Wings was supposed to be a limited run, but apparently the response was so much that they couldn’t keep it away! Now, we don’t know how this will all play out in regards to whether this is a one-off or the beginning of a “second season”, but either way, we’re excited!
The new episode of Pokemon Twilight Wings will arrive in Japan on November 5th with international release soon after!
