Crunchyroll Reveals Noblesse Trailer & October Premiere

By Josh PiedraAugust 13, 2020

Fresh off the heels of their Jujutsu Kaiten announcement, Crunchyroll announced that it will be bringing Noblesse to their streaming service this October! Noblesse is another Webtoon adaptation that is joining the ranks of Tower of God, In/Spectre, and The God of High School as part of their Crunchyroll Originals series.

A sneak peek of the anime will be held at this year’s Virtual Crunchyroll Expo from September 4-6. Fans can register for a free pass in order to check out the preview along with other great content at the following link: https://expo.crunchyroll.com/

Crunchyroll describes the series as follows:

Raizel awakens from his 820-year slumber.

He holds the special title of Noblesse, a pure-blooded Noble and protector of all other Nobles. In an attempt to protect Raizel, his servant Frankenstein enrolls him at Ye Ran High School, where Raizel learns the simple and quotidian routines of the human world through his classmates.

However, the Union, a secret society plotting to take over the world, dispatches modified humans and gradually encroaches on Raizel’s life, causing him to wield his mighty power to protect those around him…

After 820 years of intrigue, the secrets behind his slumber are finally revealed, and Raizel’s absolute protection as the Noblesse begins!

In addition, the Japanese voice cast for the show was also announced!

  • Cadis Etrama di Raizel will be played by Tarusuke Shingaki (Mirio in “My Hero Academia”)
  • Frankenstein will be played by Daisuke Hirakawa (Momotaro in “Hozuki’s Coolheadedness”)
  • M-21 will be played by Kousuke Onishi (Neinhart in “Fairy Tail”)
