If you were one of the millions begging PlayStation and Sucker Punch for more information on the upcoming Ghost of Tsushima, then you’re in luck. Announced earlier today, PlayStation is hosting a “State of Play” event this May 14, 2020, at 1 PM PDT/4 PM EDT, to do just that.
According to the news we received, this event will be used to drum up excitement for the title as it releases in July. In which we’ll find out more information regarding the show, which will clock in at 18 minutes. Yes, there will be gameplay shown, and we’re sure that after the blunter on the Xbox Series X live stream event, PlayStation will be keen to capitalize on that.
Even if they don’t, Ghost of Tsushima is one of two major PlayStation titles that will be released this Summer. Prior to the release of Ghost of Tsushima is Naughty Dog’s PlayStation 4 swansong, The Last of Us Part II, releasing in June 2020.
Be sure to tune in on May 14, 2020, to check this live stream or if you’re busy, the show will be recorded and posted on the PlayStation YouTube channel. Then buckle up, this Summer is going to be one hell of a time.
