The day many Marvel Cinematic Universe fans have waited for since the credits rolled on ‘Avengers: Infinity War’ has come. Today, tickets went on sale for ‘Avengers: Endgame’ and fans couldn’t wait to get their hands on them. Myself included.
To celebrate the occasion, a new teaser for the film was also released. Chockfull of spoilers, it is. But I couldn’t help myself and neither will you. Needless to say, I’ve watched this at least 30 times already… wait, no. Make that 31 now.
Check that out below.

Just about everyone ticket sales website was hammered, many of them going offline due to the sheer amount of people trying to snag their tickets. AMC, Fandango, and Atom all reported issues, with AMC going offline briefly. While those purchasing tickets via Atom were having issues with the orders going through completely. It seems some are still having problems, while I can confirm that tickets purchased on Fandango are safe.
The eagle has landed… maybe it says pending … try to use Atom to buy your tickets if other sites are down pic.twitter.com/OinmszRGCT

Since then, Fandango has reported the when the smoke had cleared that the presales of the movie had surpassed ‘Star Wars: The Force Awakens’. Which is no small feat, especially since it was equally hectic when Star Wars: The Force Awakens was also getting ready to arrive in theaters.
- Avengers: Endgame (2019)
- Star Wars: The Force Awakens (2015)
- Star Wars: The Last Jedi (2017)
- Rogue One: A Star Wars Story (2016)
- Avengers: Infinity War (2018)
Atom Tickets backed Fandango’s claims and reported that in the first hour that sales for ‘Avengers: Endgame’ had set a record in mobile ticket sales. During so in just one hours time. To say that people can’t wait to see what happens is an understatement. Many have speculated that we’re going to see one or more of the original Avengers not coming out of this alive. With Steve Rogers/Captain American being the forerunner (I don’t believe it, not CAP!). Still, the Russo Brothers aren’t talking, so we have to wait and see what happens.
One thing is for sure, I know that all of us will be on the edge of our seats until the credits roll again. And we’re not even going to talk about those post-credit scenes.
Oh, and there’s some really cool posters being released as well. Depending on where you ordered your tickets from, you’ll score one of these amazing posters.
Disney’s Avengers: Endgame opens on April 26, but I didn’t have to tell you that. Did I?
