Anthem, Bioware’s upcoming Action-RPG, is perhaps the developers’ most ambitious project ever. Of course, the game was shown off heavily over the course of E3 2018 and made everyone who saw it drool. But we never had a chance to see the game in all its glory. At least, not uninterrupted. That is until now, as EA has posted 20-minutes of footage over at their YouTube channel.
This is the same footage that was shown off during EA’s hands-on that took play at E3 2018. So while you won’t see any new footage, it’s still worth a look. Especially if you’re looking forward to this game. For those watching this on either a 4K TV or monitor, you’re in for a treat.
While I not 100% sure, I believe this footage is running on the Xbox One X. Of course, if I’m wrong, please correct me on this.
For those who don’t know what Anthem is. Imagine if Titanfall and Destiny had a baby, then Anthem would be the offspring. Climb about several suits, light to heavy. Kick some butt, become a hero, and of course get lots of loot.
Anthem releases on Feb. 22, 2019, for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. It will also support 4K on the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One X, while the PC will have native 4K support.
Me? You already know I love my mechs and Action-RPG games. I’m so all over this.
