Remember when I mentioned that Codemasters was teasing us regarding their upcoming racing title, ONRUSH? Well, they finally stopped teasing us and provided a bunch of information. So, let’s go through it all.
First up is the release date is slated for June 5th, 2018. During this time, it will be available for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. There is a PC version coming, but it will be coming at a later date (bummer). Now that there’s a release date, they’ve announced that pre-orders for the game are now live. However, it looks like the pre-orders are only for the UK at the moment. I haven’t seen them live over at Amazon, PSN or Xbox Live for North America just yet.
Let’s talk about the different versions of the game. There is the standard edition which includes the game, and there’s the ONRUSH Deluxe Edition. Included with the deluxe edition are more several addition car designs, some console-exclusive vehicle designs and the Vortex Buggy.
There’s no gameplay footage just yet. However, Codemasters has stated that there will be plenty videos to come these upcoming months. Here’s to hoping that the game makes an appearance soon. Maybe at an upcoming gaming event that’s being held in April 2018. Hint *PAX East 2018*.
That’s it, that’s all the information that was provided. It’s nice to see that there’s finally a release date. Now, if they’d drop some of those gameplay videos, so we can see what we’re in store for and I’ll be a happy camper.
