PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds or the game known as “PubGee”, simply keeps on breaking records. First, it passed DOTA2 as the most played game on Steam and surged past League of Legends as the most streamed game on Twitch. We can’t forget that it managed to gross ten million in sales either. Now, the game has surpassed over one million concurrent players on Steam.
PUBG just hit 1M concurrent players on Steam!

Yes, a game that is still in “Early Access”, is smashing records left and right. Which, I have to say is simply amazing, especially since it is an Early Access title. In fact, @PlayerUnknown himself is impressed and dropped a little tease as a way of saying thanks for all the support.

I didn’t even know that PubGee was even going to receive a weather update, and I was under the impression that BlueHole was only working on the Desert map. Now we just need some zombies and… nah, we could do without those zombies.
Congrats @pubattlegrounds and Bluehole, this is well deserved. Perhaps it’s time I pick up my own copy and see what all the acclaim is about.

PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds is currently available on Steam as an Early Access title. The title will also be making its way to the Xbox One in the upcoming future. If you’re wondering about it coming to the PlayStation 4, the team is only talking about their Xbox One plans at the moment.
