Microsoft and Playground Games have finally announced the release date for their wintry expansion for Forza Horizon 3, Blizzard Mountain. Set for release on December 13th, 2016, Blizzard Mountain will bring a new element to cause chaos in your racing activities – mainly snow, ice, and even blizzards. A new area will be playable which includes a new extreme sports snowpark, a massive frozen lake, and more challenging driving conditions.
Of course, what good is a Forza expansion without new cards and there will be several new vehicles introduced with Blizzard Mountain.

The Blizzard Mountain Expansion for Forza Horizon 3 is available separately or as part of the Forza Horizon 3 Expansion Pass, which gives players discounted access to two expansions for $34.99. Ultimate Edition owners receive a $10 discount on the Forza Horizon 3 Expansion Pass if purchased before the end of 2016.
Forza Horizon 3 Blizzard Mountain will be available for both Xbox One and Windows 10 PC’s thanks to Xbox Play Anywhere.
