WWE Network continues to grow in size as they announced their newly green-lit special, the WWE Global Cruiserweight Series to the WWE Network schedule just a few moments ago.
Slated to begin on Wednesday, July 13th at 9PM, the Global Cruiserweight Series pits 30 of the world’s best cruiserweight talents in a 10 week series, to determine who gets the title of the greatest cruiserweight in the world.
Other shows that are coming soon the WWE Network include Camp WWE, Seth Green’s adult animated series where WWE Superstars and Legends are put into a summer camp setting, as well as the new variety show, The Edge and Christian Show that Totally Reeks of Awesomeness. Camp WWE is slated to premiere on May 2nd, while The Edge and Christian Show premieres immediately after WWE Fastlane this Sunday Night.

GLOBAL CRUISERWEIGHT SERIES — SERIES PREMIERE WEDNESDAY, JULY 13 AT 9 P.M. ET
For the first time ever, WWE invites cruiserweights from all over the world to compete in the inaugural Global Cruiserweight Series. Thirty-two of the greatest in-ring competitors under 205 lbs. will descend upon Full Sail University in Orlando, Fla., and collide for 10 weeks to earn the right to call themselves the best cruiserweight in the world.
