Over at the PlayStation Blog, there’s a bit of new information regarding the upcoming patch for Bloodborne, so let’s get to it. First and foremost, we know have a release date of November 24, 2015, as the release date. This includes the patch for those who already own the game and a digital version of the full game and the Old Hunters DLC for $49.99, cheaper than the original cost of the Bloodborne title.
In fact, if you pre-order the Old Hunters DLC before the release date, you’ll score a bonus PlayStation 4 theme as well. And if you already earned your Bloodborne Platinum Trophy or close to it, then you’re in luck as you’ll be eligible for an exclusive PS4 theme. Apparently this is the only way to get it, so if you gave up on the title but love themes, perhaps it’s time to get back out there and hunt! Guess that means I’ll have to go beat Amygdala after all!
New with the upcoming DLC are new features, new items such as weapons (some shown below), new co-op NPC hunters and a guild called “The League”. The League is a band of hunters who’ve taken an oath and are united by a single purpose, but that that purpose is , well that’s known currently. Guess you’ll have to yourself with them to find out more. However apart of The League, you’ll be able to assist other players online and complete right along side them with The Leagues online ranking scoreboard. That sounds like fun actually, a lot of fun.
Hey, you Demon’s Souls and Dark Souls fans, does that sword below look familiar? Doesn’t it remind you of the Moonlight Sword? But that couldn’t be it, could it?? Nah!!
So get ready Bloodborne hunters for November 24, 2015! It’s time to go back on a hunt again!
