Looks like Green Man Gaming is follow Steam’s lead and will offer refunds to anyone who purchased Batman: Arkham Knight from them. The same deal applies and they’ll be honoring refunds up until the end of 2015, so if you got your copy from them, you better get a move on it.
To get the refund processed, they’ll need your original statement, which should be in your email confirmation and if you can’t find it, log into Greenmangaming.com and check out your purchases there.
