Madden NFL 16 is set for release on August 25th of this year, however, it’s time to determine who gets hit with the Madden Curse to bless the cover of EA Sports’ franchise sports game.
The franchise’s official Twitter account tweeted the news last night, revealing the New York Football Giants rookie phenom wideout Odell Beckham Jr. and New England Patriots’ franchise Tight End Rob Gronkowski as the finalists for the Madden 16 cover.
FINALISTS ANNOUNCED! @OBJ_3 and @RobGronkowski will go head-to-head for the new #MaddenCover. http://t.co/u0n235OmS7 pic.twitter.com/vHh7FcTbi1

You’re able to vote on who gets to be on the cover at ESPN.com/MaddenVote, and the winner will be revealed during the 6pm airing of SportsCenter on ESPN.
Editor’s Note: Look what happened to the Seahawks at Super Bowl 49, with that bad call at the end of regulation. Not saying that the Madden Curse had anything to do with it, but the Legion of Boom was prominently featured in Madden NFL 15. Coincidence? I think not, sir and/or madam.
